Davis Weinstock
Davis Weinstock, Chairman of Clark & Weinstock, counsels leaders of large, complex organizations on strategies relating to reputational challenges and opportunities. Davis has been particularly active in mergers and acquisitions, many other types of crises and a multitude of issues which affect clients’ reputational franchises with all stakeholders, including the financial community and the media.
Davis has counseled the Federal Trade Commission, Harvard Graduate School of Business, the New York Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
His work involves the positive positioning of clients and their important issues with the institutions, individuals, and audiences that will influence the outcome of client objectives. Davis has provided strategies and/or counsel relating to many of the largest and best-known companies, transactions and events over the past twenty years.
As a writer and producer, Davis’ work has included a large number of films, series and pilots for three national networks and the BBC, three plays presented in New York, the feature film Tomorrow and articles in numerous national publications. In volunteer activities, he has been president of the Board of Trustees of Hopkins Grammar School in New Haven, Connecticut and also a trustee and director of The Connecticut Council for the Arts. Davis is a director of Coro, Apollo Inner-City Corporation, Impact Repertory Theater and New Visions for Public Schools.
Davis was educated at Harvard College and the London School of Economics.
